He has worked as a consultant for more than two decades now and his competence and sense of care endear him to patients.
After moving to London from Dublin in 1985, he trained at Charing Cross, Central Middlesex and St Mary's Hospitals. He has been working as a Consultant at St Mary's Hospital, now part of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, since 1992. He also works at St Mary's and the Hammersmith Hospitals. His caring streak is most evident in the Community Rehabilitation unit that he runs for the elderly.
