Listed in Tatler’s 2013 Guide as one of the UK’s Top 250 Specialists, Dr Monika Bajaj (FRCPCH, MRCPCH, MD (Paediatrics), DNB (Paediatrics), MBBS) has been a practicing paediatrician for more than 20 years. She has been awarded “Clinical Excellence Award” for her hard work in the NHS and also been commissioned by the Department of Health to complete a project on the management of obesity. Her special interests include childhood developmental problems, autism, ADHD, obesity, and genital problems.
After obtaining her MBBS from Delhi University in 1992, Dr Bajaj trained across West Midlands, Cambridgeshire, and Yorkshire, working at ten different hospitals in the United Kingdom to gain extensive experience in dealing with a wide variety of conditions. She has also trained in one of Asia’s largest children’s hospitals.
Dr Bajaj regularly gives talks at global conferences for paediatricians GPs and parents. She was invited as a speaker at the First World Paediatric Congress in Dalian, China (2013) and the Community Child Health course organised by Imperial College London (2010).
