Dr Ben Turner is a highly experienced Consultant Neurologist and Honorary Senior Lecturer, specialising in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of neurological conditions. He has a particular interest in headache, dizziness, and multiple sclerosis. Dr Turner has been serving as a Senior Consultant Neurologist at Barts Health NHS Trust since his appointment and is also actively involved in research for multiple sclerosis and headache.
Dr Turner believes that the key to effective management of medical conditions lies in accurate diagnosis and identifying treatable causes. He is adept at providing prompt assessment, investigation, and necessary interventions for common symptoms such as headache and vertigo, which are often misdiagnosed.
In his role as Training Programme Director for Neurology, Dr Turner oversees the training of future Consultant Neurologists. He also holds the position of Senior Neurology Consultant and Network Lead for Neurology at HCA Shard and London Bridge.
