Dr Nearchos Hadjiloizou is a Consultant Cardiologist and Clinical Lead in Cardiology at West Herts Hospitals and Imperial College Healthcare NHS. He has been serving in this role since his appointment in 2013. Dr Hadjiloizou specialises in coronary intervention (PCI) and TAVI procedures, and he actively participates in the 24/7 Heart Attack Primary PCI programme at Hammersmith Hospital. His subspecialties include coronary intervention and structural heart disease.

Dr Hadjiloizou provides comprehensive advice and management on various cardiological conditions such as angina, valve disease, hypertension, atrial fibrillation, and arrhythmia. He studied medicine at University College London and completed his training in the London North West rotation. He earned his PhD from Imperial College, focusing on coronary haemodynamics, and has published numerous peer-reviewed papers. His contributions to the field have earned him international young investigator awards.

In addition to his clinical roles, Dr Hadjiloizou is a member of the British Society of Cardiology and the British Society of Interventional Cardiology. His interests include advancing techniques in coronary intervention and improving patient outcomes in structural heart disease.
