Miss Wyatt is a distinguished consultant surgeon specialising in ear, nose, and throat (ENT) medicine and surgery for children. She holds the prestigious position of Head of Clinical Service for ENT at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children and serves as an Honorary Senior Lecturer at University College London.

Appointed as a consultant at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in October 2004, Miss Wyatt is one of a select few female surgeons in the United Kingdom with expertise in managing children's ENT problems. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in both general and ENT surgery.

Miss Wyatt's areas of expertise include a wide range of procedures and treatments. She is proficient in performing intracapsular tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, grommet insertion, nasal cautery, and dewaxing of ears/microsuction. Additionally, she is skilled in myringoplasty, tympanoplasty, microlaryngobronchoscopy, and managing conditions such as rhinitis and laryngomalacia. She is also adept at undertaking more complex procedures, such as airway reconstruction.
