Dr Mark Harries is a Consultant Medical Oncologist at Guy's & St Thomas' Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and an honorary senior lecturer at King's College London School of Medicine. He also sees patients privately. Dr Harries specialises in the treatment of breast cancer and melanoma.

Dr Harries graduated from Cambridge University and completed his clinical training at the Royal London Hospital. He further trained in medical oncology at the Royal Marsden Hospital and earned a PhD, followed by post-doctoral work in the Department of Immunology at University College London. His research interests focus on immunotherapy for melanoma and breast cancer, as well as clinical trials of new biological agents for these diseases.

Dr Harries has published numerous papers and regularly presents at national and international conferences. He serves as the Oncology Editor for the International Journal of Clinical Practice. In addition to his clinical and research roles, Dr Harries is an honorary senior lecturer at King's College London School of Medicine.
