Mark is a consultant Podiatrist, practising at Kensington SW7, Pure Sports Medicine London. He works across the whole spectrum of the rehabilitation phases in particular to ankle injury, ankle instabilities and ankle fractures. He is also involved with a large rheumatology population dealing with inflammatory arthropathy and degenerative joint disease. He qualified from the University of Huddersfield in 1994 and completed Master’s Thesis on 'Injection techniques for chronic soft tissue problems' in 2000.
Mark is also Head of Research and Development for one of the largest orthotic manufacturers in Europe and is actively engaged in research across a number of academic institutions looking at footwear design and bespoke ankle bracing in dealing with clinical pathology.
He worked at University Hospital Birmingham Foundation Trust, The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital Birmingham and MoD Regional Rehabilitation Unit Lichfield before joining Pure Sports Medicine London. His sproting interests are football, running and cycling.
