Prof. Kaveh Shakib is a distinguished medical specialist with extensive qualifications in both dentistry and medicine. He graduated from the University of Birmingham with a degree in Dentistry and from University College London (UCL) with a degree in Medicine. Additionally, he holds a Doctorate in Molecular Medicine from UCL. Prof. Shakib has been a member of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS) since 2006 and received a Specialist Fellowship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons in 2010.
Following his graduation, Prof. Shakib trained and worked with leading UK universities and healthcare providers. He holds FDS fellowships from both the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Glasgow. Throughout his training, he has received numerous academic and research awards.
