    Mr Harshawardhan Godbole is a Consultant Urological and Laparoscopic Surgeon who qualified in 1990. He completed his urological training and subsequently worked at the Bristol Urological Institute, Oxford Churchill Hospital, and Guy's & St Thomas Hospital. Mr Godbole has been a pivotal figure in the Department of Urology, serving as both the cancer lead and the MDT lead.

    Mr Godbole is a dedicated trainer, mentoring Specialist registrars, senior house officers, foundation trainees, and medical students. He also holds the position of associate professor at St George's University, Grenada. His sub-speciality interests encompass benign and malignant diseases of the kidney, bladder, and prostate gland, as well as incontinence, male infertility, and sexual dysfunction.

    In addition to his clinical roles, Mr Godbole has been instrumental in providing endoscopic and laparoscopic urological services at The District General Hospital in Thane, Maharashtra, India, as part of a charity project. Over the past three years, he has successfully offered these services, significantly impacting the local community.

    Mr Godbole has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and has presented his work at both national and international urological conferences. His special interests include laparoscopic urology, hematuria, urinary stones, urinary incontinence, prostate disease, renal disease, and minimally invasive treatments.
