Mr Alwyn D’Souza is a Consultant ENT, Head and Neck, and Facial Plastic and Reconstruction Surgeon, internationally renowned for his expertise in complex facial and nasal surgery. His NHS base is University Hospital Lewisham in London, where he serves as the Clinical Lead and heads a combined dermatology and facial plastic and reconstructive clinic. He is widely recognised by major national and international health insurance providers due to his extensive experience.

Mr D'Souza completed his foundational medical training at St. John’s National Academy of Health Sciences in Bangalore, India. He then pursued postgraduate specialty training in various teaching hospitals across the UK and Ireland, earning a dual certificate of completion of training (CCT) from the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges. He was awarded the prestigious TWJ Fellowship to San Francisco during his senior registrar training and further honed his skills in Facial Plastic Surgery in Europe, the USA, and Canada.

Mr D'Souza has held several prominent positions, including past President of the British Society of Facial Plastic Surgery (BSFPS) and current President of The European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery (EAFPS). He has published extensively in his field, contributing research and review articles to peer-reviewed journals and authoring several book chapters.

He is passionate about medical education, dedicating time as a teacher and examiner for ENT and Facial Plastic Surgery postgraduate examinations.
