    Dr Vipin is a highly experienced Consultant Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon at North Middlesex University Hospital, where he has been serving since November 2014. He specialises in trauma and orthopaedics, with a particular focus on sports injuries, hip and knee replacements, and cartilage surgery.

    Dr Vipin qualified from the University of Bristol in August 1998 and completed his basic surgical training in London on the Hammersmith Hospital Basic Surgical Rotation. He achieved membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2002 and England in 2003, and became a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in trauma and orthopaedics in 2011.

    Furthering his expertise, Dr Vipin completed a 12-month sports surgery and lower limb arthroplasty fellowship at SportsMed SA in Adelaide, Australia. He also undertook specialist hip arthroscopy and arthroplasty training at Royal Berkshire Hospital for 12 months, followed by a two-month specialist trauma fellowship in Vienna.

    Dr Vipin completed his specialist registrar training in trauma and orthopaedics on the Imperial College North West Thames rotation in April 2014. His training included placements at several prestigious hospitals, including Charing Cross Hospital, Hillingdon Hospital, Mount Vernon Hospital, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, Whittington Hospital, Ealing Hospital, and St. Mary's Hospital, Paddington.

    At North Middlesex University Hospital, Dr Vipin is actively involved in clinical audits and leads numerous service improvement projects. He employs enhanced recovery techniques to perform day case ACL reconstruction surgery. Additionally, he is engaged in the design and oversight of research projects and has published 18 original scientific journal articles. Dr Vipin also holds a PhD in articular cartilage biology.
