    Professor Paul Fields is a consultant haematologist at London Bridge Hospital and Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Trust. He specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of lymphoma, lymphoproliferative disorders, and general haematology. Professor Fields completed his specialist postgraduate haematology training at University College Hospital and Royal Free Hospitals in London. He also undertook an MRC-funded PhD in immunology and genetics in the UK and US, earning two young investigator awards for his work.

    Professor Fields has been leading the Clinical Lymphoma Service at Guy's and St Thomas' for over 18 years. He is also the Chair of the Regional Sector Multidisciplinary Meeting for the treatment and management of lymphoma patients. His research focuses on developing new therapies for lymphoma, and he has led four UK trials as Chief Investigator. He has published over 90 peer-reviewed articles and has contributed to national and international guidelines for lymphoma treatment.

    In addition to his clinical and research roles, Professor Fields serves as a medical advisor to "Lymphoma Action" and frequently lectures at national patient conferences on lymphoma treatment. He is a member of the national UK Lymphoma Clinical Studies Group and is currently leading the development of new UK trial treatments for Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

    Professor Fields is highly skilled in various medical tests and treatments, including stem cell transplantation and immunomodulatory strategies. He treats a range of conditions such as lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, haemato-oncology, Hodgkin's disease, and myeloma. He was appointed to his current roles in 2005 and continues to make significant contributions to the field of haematology.
