Mr Norman Waterhouse is a highly esteemed Consultant Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon with a national and international reputation for facial rejuvenation surgery.

Mr Waterhouse received his training in Cambridge, Bristol, and London in the UK, and further honed his skills abroad in Bordeaux, Adelaide, and Tokyo. He achieved the specialist fellowship FRCS (Plastic Surgery) in 1988. His initial appointment as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon was at St Bartholomew's and the London Hospital. He later served at Charing Cross and St Mary's before becoming the Lead Clinician of the Craniofacial Unit at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.

With over sixty-five published papers in medical literature, Mr Waterhouse is a strong advocate for evidence-based research in aesthetic surgery. He is also deeply involved in teaching and training, supervising undergraduate degrees and lecturing at international meetings. Notably, he performed live facelift surgery in Berlin at the annual meeting of the German Society of Plastic Surgeons last year.

Mr Waterhouse co-founded the international children's charity 'Facing the World', which provides first-world care to children with craniofacial conditions who cannot access or afford treatment. He currently collaborates with Operation Smile, offering cleft lip and palate care for children in developing countries, and has recently operated in Nicaragua and Peru.
