Miss Nicola Roche is a highly esteemed consultant breast surgeon with a distinguished career in the field of breast oncology and oncoplastic surgery. She graduated from Trinity College, Dublin, in 1989 and has since dedicated her career to advancing breast cancer treatment and care.

Miss Roche was initially appointed as a consultant at The Royal Free Hospital in 2002. In 2006, she moved to The Royal Marsden Hospital, where she served as a consultant until August 2020. Although she no longer has an NHS practice at The Royal Marsden, she continues to see private patients there. Additionally, she consults at The Lister Hospital and Chelsea Outpatients. All her clinics are "one-stop" assessment clinics, offering radiology and biopsy services as needed, supported by a dedicated breast care nurse.
