Dr Muftah Eltumi is a highly experienced children's doctor with a specialist interest in gastroenterology. With over twenty years of medical experience, he is dedicated to providing high standards of care and support, ensuring your child's health and well-being are always prioritised.

Dr Eltumi specialises in the diagnosis and management of various paediatric conditions, including infantile colic, gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, food and milk intolerance, coeliac disease, and inflammatory bowel disease. He is also skilled in performing endoscopic procedures, which involve using a camera to examine the digestive system.

In 1992, Dr Eltumi was appointed as a lecturer and senior registrar at Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School. During his tenure, he and his colleagues established the Paediatric Gastroenterology Unit at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. In 1997, he moved to Watford General Hospital, where he founded a state-of-the-art Children Gastrointestinal and Endoscopy unit. Upon his retirement from the NHS in 2014, the Watford Observer described him as a 'groundbreaking doctor.'

Dr Eltumi currently treats patients at the Portland Hospital for Women and Children. Throughout his career, he has held numerous notable clinical positions and has published extensively in leading medical journals.

Outside of his professional life, Dr Eltumi is a father of four and resides in Gerrards Cross with his wife, Rukia. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with his family.
