    Mr Leye Ajayi is a Consultant Urological Surgeon with a number of private practices around London. He also holds a post at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. He has extensive experience in andrology, urinary incontinence, rapid access prostate and haematuria (blood in urine) assessments. He also has a specialist interest in minimally invasive surgery for urinary tract stone disease, particularly laser and lithotripsy treatment.

    Mr Ajayi undertook his medical and specialist training in several teaching hospitals in London and completed his fellowship training in Brisbane, Australia. He was awarded an MD for his research into the molecular biology of prostate cancer at University College London. He is the Service Line Lead for the urology department and the clinical lead for stone disease at Royal Free NHS London.

    In addition to his clinical work, Mr Ajayi is actively involved in research into urinary tract stone disease and the molecular biology of prostate cancer. His work is widely published in peer-reviewed journals. He is also the course director of national and international masterclasses in complex stone diseases. Mr Ajayi is one of the few surgeons in the UK with extensive experience in performing Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (PCNL) in the supine position. He is a member of the European Association of Urology Section of Uro-Technology (ESUT) and is invited as a moderator at their meetings, where he also performs live surgeries including flexible ureteroscopy and laser treatment for kidney stones and PCNL.

    Mr Ajayi is passionate about offering patients a rapid access one-stop urology diagnostic service. He regularly attends international meetings and courses to stay up-to-date with advances in urology, ensuring his patients receive individualized best practices.
