Dr Amen Sibtain is a Consultant Clinical Oncologist at The Harley Street Clinic and Leaders in Oncology Care, part of HCA Healthcare UK. He specialises in the management of Gastrointestinal, Hepatobiliary, and Head and Neck cancers, utilising chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Dr Sibtain is highly skilled in advanced radiotherapy techniques such as VMAT, stereotactic radiotherapy, radiosurgery, and intraoperative radiotherapy.

Dr Sibtain has held several prestigious roles, including President of the Oncology Section of the Royal Society of Medicine and Programme Director for the Clinical Oncology Specialist Training Committee for the London Deanery. He was also Chairman of the Head and Neck Tumour Board for North East London. He earned his MD degree from the University of London for his research in tumour hypoxia.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr Sibtain is actively involved in research and has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals. He has edited notable books, including "Towards the Prevention of Cancer" (2007) and "Physics for Clinical Oncologists" (2012).
